As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and insight to this process – turning data into smart recommendations and making sure the right products and value propositions land at the right time.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll lead the development and optimization of our yearly marketing calendar, ensuring strong commercial logic and consumer relevance. You also:
Analyze product, category, and campaign performance to uncover insights and build strong, actionable recommendations.
Translate the value strategy into calendar tactics while balancing consumer category entry points and profitability.
Build compelling presentations and business cases to support decision-making at leadership level.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure flawless execution of campaigns.
Improve and structure key processes and internal meetings such as Adboard and post-window analysis to drive clarity and efficiency.

KFC has been serving its world-famous chicken in the Netherlands since 1972. Today, we have 97 restaurants where our chefs prepare fresh chicken and vegetarian options daily, using Colonel Sanders’ original 1939 recipe. Beyond great food and growth, we’re passionate about developing our people.

Job requirements
What you bring:
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you have a strong can-do mentality
You’re confident with data and know how to turn insights into clear tactics
Managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders is second nature to you.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or similar.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
5+ years of experience in FMCG, QSR, Brand or Category Management, Marketing Planning, or Business Analysis.
