Drive KFC’s Digital Growth!
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Digital & e-Commerce team, reporting to the Senior Digital Sales Manager. You’ll take ownership of launching and executing all digital marketing campaigns across our channels—ensuring every campaign is on-brand, on time, and delivers real impact. You’ll also play a key role in supporting digital projects, from migrations and user testing to CMS setup and product demos.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints (web, app, paid and owned channels), always with a focus on results and conversion.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather content, keep digital platforms up to date, and ensure data accuracy.
Manage and publish content in our CMS, ensuring consistent brand experience.
Lead the CRM and loyalty strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Analyze data, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a mid-sized organization or agency.
Experience with content management, marketing automation/CRM, and web analytics (GA4, Firebase).
Results-driven, analytical, and able to translate KPIs into action.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
