The Role

Are you a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented professional with a passion for supporting senior leaders? We are looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making an impact behind the scenes. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with our General Manager and leadership team—keeping operations on track, enabling smart decisions, and ensuring our executives can focus on the big picture.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll be the right hand to our GM, taking ownership of:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling.

  • Prioritizing requests to optimize executive focus.

  • Supporting the Management Team where needed.

  • Handling communications and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Preparing briefings, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinating travel, budgets, and expenses.

  • Organizing meetings, events, and team activities.

  • Driving projects and improving administrative processes.

  • Providing general executive and secretarial support.

Your Profile

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Proven track record in a similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Fluency in English; Dutch or German is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and discretion.
