Ever walked past a refreshed KFC restaurant and wondered what it takes to improve the guest experience? As Project Manager Construction, you'll help deliver construction projects across the Netherlands, with a strong focus on remodels, upgrades, and refurbishments that keep our restaurants modern, efficient, and welcoming.

From time to time, you may also can support selected new store projects in the Netherlands or Germany, while your main focus remains the Dutch market. From planning through completion, you'll work closely with colleagues, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

Deliver Restaurant Improvement Projects:
Take ownership of assigned remodels, upgrades, and refurbishments, managing projects from initial planning through successful completion, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

Coordinate Projects:
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders, keeping projects on track from start to finish.

Work with Partners:
Collaborate with contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor Progress:
Visit sites regularly, track progress, identify risks, and help solve challenges as they arise.

Learn and Grow:
Develop your project management skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Work in a Live Retail Environment:

Coordinate construction activities with restaurant operations, minimizing disruption to the business and ensuring

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who is eager to learn and build a career in construction project management. Experience helps, but attitude, potential, and a willingness to develop are just as important. If you're ready to take ownership, learn from experienced colleagues, and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you.

You Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in construction, project management, facilities, engineering, retail, hospitality, real estate, or related field. Basic understanding of construction processes, architecture, technical drawings, building installations, or refurbishment projects would be an advantage.

• A completed HBO or university degree, preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, Facility Management, or a similar discipline

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• A practical and proactive mindset

• Confidence working with different stakeholders

• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills are essential for this role. You must be comfortable communicating professionally in both languages, verbally and in writing.
