Job description

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) at KFC, you are the right hand of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), and together you ensure smooth daily operations. You inspire and guide the team (around 30 employees), uphold quality standards, and create an optimal guest experience.

As ARGM, you play an essential role within the restaurant’s management team, ensuring a smooth and consistent daily operation. Your responsibilities include:


  • Coaching, training, and motivating your team
  • Achieving KPIs and maintaining high standards in the restaurant
  • Performing administrative tasks to support efficient daily operations
  • Managing the recruitment process to attract new talent that embodies our core values of Smart, Courage, and Heart
  • Taking on ad hoc projects and setting ambitious goals for your own growth and development

Job requirements

BRING YOUR BEST SELF

  • MBO+/HBO level education and proven experience in a leadership role within a dynamic environment, ideally in retail, hospitality, or food service
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability, with a track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and supportive team culture
  • Administrative skills for reporting and streamlining daily operations
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new talent aligned with company values
  • Commitment to health and safety standards, ensuring a secure work environment for both staff and customers
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English is a plus
