In addition to focusing on its products and the continued growth of its restaurant network, the company places strong emphasis on the development of all its employees.

Alongside career progression, Collins supports its employees in many ways. For students, work schedules are tailored to fit around school commitments, making it easy to combine a part-time job with school or university. In addition, around 50 employees each year study at the KFC Acadamy through Collins’ programs, enabling them to work while earning an MBO or HBO degree.
