The role

As HR Administrator, you are a key player within our close-knit and ambitious HR team. You ensure that everything behind the scenes is well organized - from personnel administration to advising managers. Thanks to you, our people in the restaurants and at the office can focus on what they do best.

You will work with an enthusiastic team of HR professionals: a Chief People Officer Europe, HR Manager Netherlands, HR Advisors, Payroll Specialists, a Recruiter, and of course, your direct colleague HR Administrator. Together, you will build a strong HR foundation for all our KFC restaurants in the Netherlands and our head office in Amsterdam.

Job requirements

What will you do:

A varied HR role where no day is the same. You will be involved in:

  • Managing and keeping our personnel administration (AFAS) up to date

  • Ensuring smooth in- and outflow processes and employee mutations

  • Advising managers on HR policies, laws, and regulations

  • Ensuring correct application of collective labor agreements, labor law, and internal guidelines

  • Contributing to HR projects to further improve our services

Your profile

You are accurate, service-oriented, resilient to stress, and can easily switch between different tasks.

You also have:

  • HBO level of education and thinking

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative HR role

  • Experience in a (international) multi-site environment

  • Good command of Dutch and English

  • Experience with AFAS (or similar HRM system) is a plus

  • A positive attitude, but also know when to say "no"
