At Collins Foods, finance plays a key role in supporting the rapid growth of our business across Europe. As Senior GL Accountant, you’ll help ensure our financial operations run smoothly across multiple entities in the Netherlands and Germany — while working in an ambitious, international and fast-moving environment.

This is a role for finance professionals who enjoy ownership, thrive on accuracy, and want to make visible impact within a growing organization.

What will you do?

You’ll take ownership of the general ledger and month-end close processes while working closely with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the general ledger for multiple entities across NL

  • Preparing month-end close activities, accruals and reconciliations

  • Analysing variances and resolving discrepancies proactively

  • Supporting VAT filings and audit processes

  • Monitoring restaurant cash flows and financial accuracy

  • Improving financial processes and identifying efficiencies

What do you bring?

You combine analytical strength with a hands-on mindset and know how to operate in a dynamic business environment.

We’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting

  • Strong knowledge of GL accounting and month-end close

  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards / Oracle is a plus)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent English skills
